• Interview preparation and coaching
• Career strategy development
• Professional development resources

3. User Responsibilities

As a user of our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account
• Use our services only for lawful purposes
• Respect the time and expertise of our mentors
• Attend scheduled sessions or provide adequate notice for cancellations

4. Payment Terms

• Services must be paid for in advance unless otherwise agreed
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice
• Refunds are provided according to our refund policy
• Late payments may result in service suspension

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Sessions may be cancelled with 24 hours notice without penalty
• Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may be charged
• Refunds for unused services are available within 30 days of purchase
• Services that have been significantly used are not eligible for full refunds

6. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information and career discussions. However, we may share aggregated, non-identifying information for business improvement purposes.

7. Limitation of Liability

CareerMentorPro provides career guidance and mentoring services. We cannot guarantee specific career outcomes or job placement. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and resources provided by CareerMentorPro are protected by intellectual property laws and remain our property unless otherwise specified.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the service relationship with reasonable notice. Upon termination, access to materials and ongoing support will cease.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which CareerMentorPro operates, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
